Return Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  • We offer store credit only.

Final Sale Items

  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Return Eligibility

  • You have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to be eligible for a return.
  • To complete your return, we require a packing slip or proof of purchase.
  • You are allowed one store credit. Once issued a store credit, the item becomes final sale.

Return Process

  1. Fill out the Return Form:

    • Located at the bottom of our website.

  2. Return Requirements:

    • Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
    • If items are not in original packaging, your return will be denied, and the item(s) will be sent back to you.

  3. Inspection and Notification:

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.
    • You will be notified if your return is approved or denied.

  4. Issuing Store Credit:

    • If approved, you will receive store credit via email shortly after the inspection.
    • If denied, you will also be notified.
